About this blog

This is a no frills blog about fish and chips. Upon every visit to a fish and chips spot in Vancouver or any other city, the Fish, the Chips, and the Venue/Presentation will be rated and ranked. 

I have no bias. I love to eat Fish and Chips and believe I have developed a pallet able to distinguish the good from the bad. Of course, this also means to detect when a fish and chips spot is hiding behind a pristine ocean setting to serve poor quality food (what I like to call "water bias" - it clouds the eater's judgement of taste!). 

I hope to one day be THE source of information on the best fish and chips in Vancouver, and eventually each city I travel to.
